Well appointed outdoor pool area and rooms are well furnished. Housekeeping service was excellent, friendly staff

Beautiful house and Angel was great. Movie theater wasn’t working but everything else was nice

Prior to arriving I tried to book the yacht and chef of the owner. That never happened because the communication was poor and owner never responded. I had to out source. Come to find out the owner was not being hospitable because Expedia charged a lower price and he was upset about the rate I paid. During our stay the dishwasher did not work the kitchen sink did not produce hot water and the water and ice machine on the fridge did not work. Also roundtrip shuttle service to the airport was included but again because our rate was “low” the owner refused. The house is beautiful and his staff are wonderful. Angelo(greeter) made our stay better after Kenard’s negative experience. I wish I was not penalized for Kenards business with Expedia. I work for delta and fly frequently. Turks & Caicos will definitely be a frequent stop. Unfortunately I won’t be staying at the White House again....unless it’s free lol

Best trip I’ve been on! The house was gorgeous , clean and modern just like the pictures . Kenard was awesome and always available when needed to help with anything ! Angel was great also !! Would definitely return in the near future !
