Nice place, nice room and nice staff

Clean room, staff are amazing

Stayed on numerous occasions now and always my preferred hotel option when staying in Leicester Staff are wonderful and helpful, cleaners do a great job, quiet rooms, nice facilities and a well maintained building in general

A really nice hotel with good parking, not so good if it was raining as you have to walk, the Hotel is lovely and the restaurant served some really nice food , although breakfast wasn't very good at all, stewed beans, no tinned tomatoes and the coffee cups were tiny, being charged £14 was excessive, restaurant food was delicious but a little too expensive

Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was buffet style and quite a good variety. Staff was very helpful.

I didn't sleep brilliantly, due to loud banging doors. Thats more the fault of idiots who cant gently close their doors. The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast, although ot should stay open longer than 9.30am.

Me and my 9 year old daughter enjoyed our stay at the hotel,and the staff were really helpful and the breakfast setup was reallt good and had a lot of variety. Will definitely stay in future.

Lovely gym facilities I enjoyed my stay

Great location, exceptional hotel & very helpful fantastic staff.

The room was clean and adequate, the staff were pleasant on arrival. We didn’t have breakfast or go to the bar. We use this hotel for the standard and convenience in Leicester city centre to visit our child who’s studying in Leicester.

Novotel Leicester is good enough compared to other Novotel I have stayed in the oast

Only stayed one night, but it was a lovely room and the staff were very welcoming and helpful

I had stayed at this hotel before. This time the beginning off the stay wasnt what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. I asked to move to another room as the one that was given to me had an air conditioning issue. It seemed to me that the staff were unwilling to help adventually I was moved to a better room. Its just unfortunate that the issue i had happened. The breakfast was nice.
