comfort,clean,tidy and friendy

It was good , the breakfast was fantastic, the only hitch is not having a microwave available in the rooms, not helpful in a situation when you have little ones with yourself

Easy check-in. Room very spacious and lovely design. Bed and pillows were very comfy and we had a very good night sleep. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety.

Poor reception staff. Unhelpful attitude. Customer experience poor.

Check-in was efficient. However, the room had an issue with the air-conditioning. Therefore it was extremely stuffy in the room and made sleep very uncomfortable. Didn't complain as it was very late by the time we got into our room so just wanted to try and get some rest.

Nice hotel, good location and a lovely room but in this day and age, a shower over a bath is an anachronism. I would rather see a walk in shower. The lack of any handrails made showering a bit perilous.

Very comfortable modern hotel. Pleasant staff. Great beds. Tasty breakfast and the buffet food was hot!

Couldn’t fault anything. Friendly staff, great room, good breakfast. Particular shout out to the guy behind the bar who was really on the ball (did ask his name but I’ve forgotten it!!) This is our third stay and won’t go anywhere else if we are stopping over in Leicester. Thank you!

Building site next to the hotel. Work starts at 730am, although there was noise from 5am Tip for the hotel…….ask your guests on departure how their stay was? Its a shame as the hotel is somewhere i have stayed many times, but i wont be staying again.

The hotel was good, but staff welcome was average.

Great location. Drop luggage off at front of hotel because car park a few mins walk.

Good stay

My favourite Leicester hotel, staff friendly and all areas exceptionally clean. Bar and lobby area is very modern but retains a cosy feel, a great space to do some work in at the of the day, the rooms are spacious with city views and plenty storage and amazing bathrooms. Parking is easy and nearby to the hotel, making the trip hassle free.

Went by 2am had a flight but will use again
