Location affascinante ed accogliente, immersa in un giardino con prato all’inglese e alberi rilassante. Interni molto curati in stile e personale gentile ed accogliente. Camera al primo piano (unico della struttura) senza ascensore ma il personale chiede se si ha necessità di voler portare bagaglio. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo. In dotazione phone ed asse da stiro con ferro. A disposizione compreso nel prezzo 2 bottigliette di acqua, biscottini e tutto il necessario per prepararsi del the o del caffe’. Unico aspetto su cui ho qualche riserva e’ il bagno. Igiene e pulizia ottime, presenza di dispenser a muro con sapone, bagnodoccia e shampoo. L’aspetto negativo e’ il lavandino delle dimensioni di una casa delle bambole con acqua calda e fredda separate. Doccia grande molto funzionale. Assenza bidet, come ovunque da queste parti. La colazione compresa alla carta e’ la ciliegina sulla torta, buonissima con ingredienti di ottima qualita’. Vorrei tornarci.

Nice hotel in a great location for the Game of Thrones Tour. A nice onsite restaurant and bar but also close to the town with additional facilities

We had a wonderful stay at The Belmont House Hotel recently. We received a very warm welcome from the lovely receptionist which makes all the difference when you have travelled a distance in such bad weather. Our room was magnificent, above average in size and tastefully decorated. We overlooked the gardens to the front and side and yet it was very quiet. It was spotlessly clean. The en-suite was both modern & spacious. Despite the size, the room was very cosy & warm, we felt very comfortable in the large bed and slept well. We thoroughly enjoyed our Breakfast, again the staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was delicious & prepared with care. We can not recommend this Hotel highly enough! What a gem, nestled in the wonderful town of Banbridge! Great Shops & very friendly community. Put it on your list for a visit you won’t regret it! I had a wonderful stay at this charming house/hotel! The property was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming place to stay.

Wonderful hotel with a personal homely feel to it

It’s definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had I had late arrival and the room type I’ve booked was taken and been told because I’m the last person to check in , they are fully booked so I’ll have to sleep on the single bed ( I booked for deluxe double) , they did offer free drink in the bar as compensation but I’m not here for the drinks, just want to have a good sleep The worse part just starts when I want to sleep, like other reviewers said, there’s group of teenagers having private party right in front of the room, it’s a single glaze window, you can hear their extremely loud nonstop shouting , laughing ,singing until 2-3am , staff told me there’s party nearly every weekend and maybe during the week as well , rang the reception after midnight and they can’t help at all, I’ll have to suffer from the noise for the night , BTW, we are in room 2 & 3 After maybe 3 hrs sleep I was up and need to depart then I saw Trucks are coming to do deliveries with the refrigerator motor on while they stopped engine, this noise could woke you up in the morning if you are still in sleep However, the gentleman served the breakfast was very nice people with great manners

We recently stayed for a rare night away without our young children, but sadly, the experience was extremely disappointing. We were allocated room number 7, which we were told was the "best" room in the hotel. However, being at the front of the building with single-glazed windows, the noise was unbearable. A private party was going on, with loud shouting/banging continuing late into the night. To make matters worse, the sounds of cars and beeping horns outside were constant. At around 6am, the noise from delivery lorries was excessive, making it impossible to rest. The dinner was equally disappointing. I ordered a vegan bean burger, which tasted as if it had been bought frozen from a supermarket, and the chips seemed the same. The meal was so unsatisfactory that I barely touched it, yet the waiter didn't even ask why. Due to a private booking, we had to eat in the bar, where the music was blaring over the speakers. I requested they turn it down because it was simply awful, but breakfast the next morning was no different—horrible music, and no decent vegan options other than fried bread and beans. Overall, this was a huge letdown. We had been looking forward to a relaxing evening and a good meal, but it was anything but. I certainly won't be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Easy to find, big car park. Spacious comfortable room let down by a weak shower. Nice bar and food is pretty good. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
