The room was comfortable and the location was convenient. Although the hotel was not prepared for out booking and the staff seemed like they didn't know what to do. I felt the staff were unwelcoming.

A/C barely functional, no hot water, very nice pool though

There was no hot water for showers. Room was not clean.

the staff were great and there promptness was quite outstanding, the only issue was the wifi which was so strong in my room 105, but everything else was great.
