Wonderful lady at the front desk. Rooms are clean and lovely. Bathroom is immaculate. Close to many local restaurants and a mall.

La habitacion que solicitamos exelente, muy limpia, con AA tv Cable, etc, el personal muy atento, lo mejor un pequeño bar para adquirir snacks y bebidas, agua sobretodo. El baño con muy buenos acabados, sin embargo, no creo que seria apto para personas con discapacidad o adultos mayores, pues habia que ingresar a una tina, donde se require esfuerzo fisico extra para ingresar, Bueno eso de acuerdo a la habitacion que se pueda seleccionar

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about bus routes. I had several pieces of luggage and they offered to store the bags I didn’t need in a secure locker. It was fairly quiet but could hear small dogs barking most of the evening. Bed was wonderful. Very nice room and bath area! I had the room with large bathtub and was simply awesome. Im coming back.

El personal fue muy amable, dormimos allí por que necesitábamos estar cerca del aeropuerto y nos llevaron y nos recogieron enseguida muy práctico y el desayuno muy rico!

Es un lugar muy incómodo para llegar en auto. No tiene ascensor, paredes manchadas. El personal es muy amable. Pero no volvería !!

They. Had good communication, they picked me up at the airport for a small fee, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was very comfortable although the pillows were a little hard, the lady who was supposed to bring breakfast never showed, but they took us to a really nice cafe and we had a great meal there. For the price it was well worth it.

A moins de 15 minutes à pied de l’aéroport. Heureusement qu’il y a la climatisation (il fait chaud à Guayaquil par rapport au nord du pays). Facile d’accès, même si le quartier n’est pas top.

Nice family owned hotel. Nothing fancy and the area around the hotel is not all that safe in which to walk. However, they will shuttle you to the mall or airport at any time for $5. Very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Most of them speak English too
