Room was a good size and a super comfy bed and pillows. Coffee machine in the room which was a welcome touch. Some of the towels had a not very fresh smell off them, but not all.

I don't usually eat breakfast, but I really enjoyed the breakfasts during my stay here. Breakfast is served across the street in a different building with a lovely setting. I enjoyed the delicious breakfasts because I generally had time to do so. Time is an issue. If you need to go to work or have an appointment, you'll need to build extra time into your schedule. The service for breakfast is very good but it isn't fast. My room was quite comfortable, although a bit smaller than I expected. The reception staff was excellent. They answered all my questions with a smile. I can certainly recommend The WLS as a fine hotel and warm and welcoming experience. I wish I had chosen a hotel in the city center, though, which would have better suited my plans to explore the city.

Very friendly staff. Secure. Nice little outdoor area. Quiet. Only complain is some light that comes into the bedroom through the bathroom that cannot be blocked out as the wall doesn't go to the top of the ceiling.

Great hotel, very new. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Easy to park and next to a small mall with a great restaurant that is a must try. Will definitely return to this hotel.

This is a wonderful new hotel in a beautiful part of Windhoek. It’s quiet and safe and directly across the street from a small shopping area with cute stores and wonderful restaurants. The staff are all lovely and professional. It’s about 35 minutes from the hotel and is a very affordable taxi ride. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely return when we are back.

Quick check in. Room was very comfortable with everything that we needed. Very good lighting and plenty of charging points. Very safe area and breakfast just across the road.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient modernes. Le petite déjeuner se prend dans un joli patio, dans le restaurant qui se trouve juste en face ( il suffit de traverser une petite rue avec très peu de circulation ). Le matin, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à la réception avant de venir les récupérer pour nous rendre ensuite à l'aéroport.

Lovely apartment style hotel. Airport pickup easy to arrange and driver was waiting for us in arrivals. Rooms are clean and modern. Fast Internet, good showers, clean room. Restaurant across the street was great for dinner and breakfast. In a nice neighborhood.. would recommend for a landing pad before or after safari.

The room offered sufficient space, was clean, modern and quiet. There was a small patio, which was nice. The only issue I am personally not fond of, the bathroom walls are not linked to the ceiling. So all bathroom-action can be overheard easily. Parking was guarded and reception was helpful for dinner and taxi bookings.
