I paid the full amount before the trip the was charged again for the first 3 nights contacted Expedia 5 times for resolution and received NO HELP! Finall left in the middle of my stay - disgusted with Expedia

The only problem with my stay was the conference halls was not included with the cost of the rooms. But the staff were very nice.

Conference room was not included with the amenities to the hotel room and breakfast.
