Great hotel, super friendly staff, very clean and good food

Très bel hôtel avec un service impeccable. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible et parle plusieurs langues. Très bonne restauration, de qualité et variée. La chambre vue mer est très bien. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Badezimmer: Dusche funktionierte bei Ankunft die Regendusche nicht. Steckdose lose, Waschtisch Farbabplatzungen, Balkon: Außenbeleuchtung kann man nicht selber ausstellen. Lärmkulisse durch Personal auf dem Hinterhof, Warenanlieferung und Müllabfuhr in der Nacht. Im ersten Stock ( unter uns) Belästigung durch die Whirlpools und häufiges Wassereinlassen( Muss sowas mehrfach tgl sein, auch am späten Abend? Wasserverschwendung) Musik durch andere Gäste

Mi è sembrato tutto in regola per un 4 stelle. Personale gentile e competente camere giuste. Ascensori forse pochi per la grandezza della struttura

Wonderful Stay at Palladium Hotel Menorca We had a great experience at Palladium Hotel Menorca, big thanks to Gonzalo Romero. He went above and beyond from check-in through our stay, especially when we faced an issue with our reservation . Gonzalo handled everything with professionalism and warmth, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly outstanding service!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble, mais certains aspects laissent à désirer. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas prête pour notre fille, ce qui l’a un peu peinée, et le sol était vraiment sale (sable, résidus…). La zone autour de la piscine et l’ascenseur manquaient souvent de propreté, et il n’y avait de l’eau en chambre que le premier jour. Le buffet est correct mais assez répétitif. Le personnel du restaurant est inégal, certains très gentils, d’autres moins accueillants. Le spa est un vrai plus, avec des masseuses très pros, même si l’organisation des rendez-vous pourrait être améliorée. En résumé : un séjour correct, mais l’hôtel ne reflète pas les standards habituels des autres Palladium. Dommage !

Overall a nice hotel, food selection for AI is very good, wide selection and well cooked, probably the best AI I've had. Pool are has plenty of loungers but the pool are is a tad dated and needs updating. Bar staff at the pool are are friendly and fast. However I can not forgive the mold in my room at the air conditioning unit which works incredibly slow and hardly cools the room. This mad me ill and set of my breathing condition, hotel tried to tell me it wasn't making me ill but I remembered them I am a doctor. Staff was quick to clean the air conditioning unit. Was told the hotel does not offer fans to help. The hotel is also at top of a hill, nice views. We paid for a hot tub room which was nice but I feel some aid to get into out would be helpful. I was told the manager would deal with my situation on Monday, but have ignored my emails and also the ones from hotel.com so for this reason I can not recommend

The location is beautiful, coffee is terrible, buffet options are limited. bathroom is a bit worn out. Arts and crafts activities don’t have enough supply, no white paint. Overall is a solid 3 stars hotel.
