员工沟通能力很强，而且乐于助人。

酒店员工非常友善，还有印尼籍员工，酒店很舒适，而且离购物和餐饮区很近。

虽然是经济型酒店，但非常令人满意。它地理位置优越，位于市中心，步行即可到达双子塔。距离武吉免登地铁站也只有5分钟的步行路程。我住过周边更贵的酒店，但Dlima Inn仍然比它们好得多。前台工作人员非常友好，他们来自印度尼西亚。谢谢姐姐的热情款待和帮助。下次我再来吉隆坡，如果一切顺利，我还会选择入住这家酒店。

价格便宜，很值。

Kamar sangat nyaman. Kamarnya bersih, tv nyala+siaran lengkap, AC dingin, tersedia teko air listrik+gelas, kamar mandi bersih, air panas untuk mandi selalu tersedia, disediakan handuk, sabun, dan sampo. Lengkap deh pokoknya. Semua karyawannya ramah. Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat mau kemana-mana 😍💕

It 's was ever terrible experience in my life. After long waited up to 7hours bus plus 5.5hours total 12.5hours journey from Penang to Kuala Lumpur, when I arrive Dlima is 3:30am. Reception told me my room Is leaking water, they switched me from Hotel Dlima Inn to Dlima house. The room has cockroaches, mouldy smell, the toilet bowl is yellow and etc, I don't even dare to use the toilet. I checked out after a few hours at 9am and ask for refund, which is what I have is doesn't match what I have. Unfortunately they just refund me one day payment since I booked for 2days. Well, I might the only bad luck girl in the city.

For a budget hotel, this hotel is good. The location is good, close to city centre and culinary areas. The room is relatively small, but comfortable and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Overall good but TV can't used.

Lokasi dekat dengan pusat Bukit Bintang, hanya kalau jalan kaki ada jalan yang sedikit menanjak, kamar bersih, staff hotel ramah.

Hotel 2 sao nên không kì vọng nhiều. Vị trí ngay Jalan Alor nên không lo đói. Phòng ốc cũ nhiều nhưng không dưới mức tệ. Nước vòi nhiễm phèn nên nước có màu vàng nhạt. Dọn phòng khi có yêu cầu chứ không phải tự dọn mỗi ngày. Anh lễ tân nice và thân thiện là 1 điểm cộng.

Pengalaman selama 3 hari 2 malam di sini lumayan nyaman. Lokasi dekat dengan pusat kota Bukit Bintang, mau makan dekat dengan Alor Street. Check in hampir jam 8 malam disambut staff cewek yang bisa bahasa Melayu, kalau staff cowok kita pakai bahasa isyarat hehehe (uncle-nya Jarjit mungkin 😅). Hotelnya kecil tapi bersih. Kamarnya gak ada jendela dan kurang kedap dengan suara-suara di luar. Ini hotel sekelas OYO kalau di Indonesia. So far so good. Kamar mandi pakai pancuran dan bisa atur untuk panas dinginnya.

Not bad for a budget hotel. 👍.

Good place, good staff, and good service. The price is not expensive, and the place is near so many food and entertainment places.

Murah tapi bersih dan nyaman banget.

Really good. Its near from the MRT and also a lot of food stall nearby. Its quite clean and helpful receptionist. The only thing need to improve is about the wall, seems its thin so we can hear the outside voices a little bit.

Great location, so closed to alor street, very convince, we had such great time in Kuala Lumpur. Went to Pavilion, even to Suria KLCC by foot only. There is a bridge link from pavilion to Suria KLCC.
