Pretty chill

The staff was super friendly. We got there late at night, but they were able to maintain a positive atmosphere. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also wonderful. It is right next to the Metro station and next to a supermarket

No heat, beautiful fireplace but not working a bit chilly in the room

I like to stay at Hotel David with a walking distance to restaurant, shopping place and the bigest cathedral.

set of stairs to climb without handrails might be a challenge for some Seniors the front desk women yells about everything and disturbing hotel built into hillside so dampness is readily felt

La reserva de la habitación era con desayuno incluido pero ellos dijeron que no estaba incluido que cada desayuno costaban 4 dólares.no lo recomiendo

The room(suite) we had was exceptional and a true bargain for the price. The location is 100 meters from the new metro stop which made traveling after dark viable. There was also a fully stocked supermarket just down the block.

Location is walkable, the room has everything you need however there are no dark out blinds therefore at night when the hall lights turn off .. it filters into your room. There is no real window in this property. The bathroom has a small hole for ventilation. The beds were clean and the hot water works great. The location is close everything.

We liked the atmosphere. Rooms were small but functional. Staff was helpful, esp. with luggage up the stairs and phone calls in Spanish

Conveniently located in walking distance to Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The owners were very nice and accomodating and the location was near the basilica which is a must-see. The location is also near a clinic so you can get a covid test for when you need to come back and is also near markets and restaurants. The architecture is also very interesting, but not a lot of things were offered. No complimentary drinks, toothbrush or toothpaste. No conditioner just shampoo and no coffee pot or anything. The safe is really small and the hotel has to use a key to open it. If you don't plan on staying in your room for a long time then this is a great place, but if you enjoy certain comforts than I recommend a hotel closer to San Francisco.

It was better than what I expected for the price I paid...I would recommend and I would stay there again.

The hotel location was great quiet and clean one thing lots of stairs to get up to the hotel front door up 4 flights of stairs to the breakfast room Excellent staff service for laundry and a much appreciated private taxi to airport for an early morning flight during Quito morning rush hour

They didn't have the suite an room that we reserved, they want it over charges if we use a credit card, they look for cash because they said is good for them so they have to paid taxes and one of rooms didn't have no shower door all the water was coming out on the bathroom floor also we didn't sleep at night a lot of noise at 1 and 2 in morning no respect for the customers.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent! I believe the restaurant upstairs could do better but we had a great stay, no complaints.

Good location walking to historic district, parks, grocery, pharmacy. Friendly staff but Spanish necessary. Tiny rooms, comfortable bed, good hot water, shower pressure. Dogs barking at night, loud talking weekends. Smell of sewage in bathroom.

Located in the old section of the city, cloze to down town activitis and a multitude of means of transportation by bus or taxi. The value for the room l booked
