Very nice comfortable room and location.

This overpriced property is a waste of time and money. The street construction (not mentioned when I booked prevents walking around the beautiful area. The room itself was spartan and didn't have a TV that worked without a pricey subscription (also not mentioned when I booked my room. I will never be back!

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The space was small but cozy.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Nightingale motel. It’s a modern cabin vibe, which I loved! The room was super clean and comfortable and the customer service was attentive. There’s a really good restaurant right next to the motel literally just walking out of your room; you have to have one of their burgers they are delicious. There is not much light during the nighttime so just keep that in mind. Def recommend if you want something more affordable than the resort and it is only about 2 mins from the Hot Springs. Nice town for a weekend getaway.

The motel room was great. AC rattled but don't they all? There is no staff. You are texted with a code to your room before check-in. The only food option at the motel was a GREAT bar attached to the property. Super fun, great staff and for food charcuterie only. There is a Mexican restaurant next door. Lots of road construction in front of hotel but wasn't noisy or anything.

Helpful and friendly manager. Great location. Would like a microwave in room.

Great little place. Spotlessly clean, everything you need, nothing you don't. Room has real, actual, pour over coffee. Heaven.

Enjoyed the visit

Literally one of my favorite spots I’ve ever stayed at! Such a cute hotel in such a beautiful area of Pagosa Springs. The river running behind the hotel is such a great spot. The room was clean, the coffee was really good and the bed and bathroom were clean and both comfortable. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again. Thank y’all so much for everything, this stay was very special to me and the team made it very easy and memorable.

The property is an update of an older motel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Neon Mallard cocktail lounge onsite is fabulous. However, the location is noisy, particularly with the road construction nearby.

La chambre est belle et propre, manque un micro-ondes pour les repas et le matin il y a des camions qui doivent certainement décharger des marchandises pour le bar à partir de 6h20, à prendre en compte si vous souhaitez ne pas vous lever trop tôt. Le bar arrête la musique à 20h-20h30

It was very clean and the amenities were nice. Check in at 4:00 with no flexibility is not customer friendly. The walls are very thin so we heard any louder conversations.

The motel is located in a great spot in the town. I really enjoyed the small town feel that it has. It has a huge bonus located just next door and that was Kip’s Grill which had some amazing tacos and cheese dip. The check in is super simple and although staff is not on property, they do make sure to establish contact with you if you need them. I will definitely be back for another stay.

Great vibe and the “speak easy” offered a good variety. Will definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

The room was small, but lovely. Our room was close to the street, but not too noisy. A thicker curtain on the street side would help block out the early sun light.

Nice property with a bat and restaurant on site. Short walk to shops, restaurants, hot springs and river float trips. The only complaint is the street work being done, and is expected to take two years to complete.

Enjoyed the pool, breakfast was pretty good.
