Friendly staff and comfortable room

A quite clean property you can smell clean once you step in the property

They put me on a floor that smelled like dogs and dogs were barking all day in the rooms around me

Everything was good except for them running out of food at breakfast. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. Room was comfortable.

The stay was good.

Nice room. Easy access to restaurants. Breakfast buffet was ok.

Employees were verÿ nice. We stayed for a week and the pancake machine wa snot working which is what i wanted to eat so it was disappointing. Also, only had bacon 1 day and it was undercooked

Shuttle to airport only runs at the top of the hour. It also covers 2 hotels so it fills up fast. 20 min ride to airport. Parking lot is huge but very full when we stayed. No sidewalk to walk from upper lot where extended stay parking is to hotel lobby. Not lit well. People smoking pot in the parking lot.

I hope this hotel stays exactly the way it is. The rooms are wonderful and the staff is warm and competent. I'll be back to see if they change that

Hotel was very clean throughout.(hall ways to our room) Bed was very comfortable and pillows were snuggly. Most of all, hotel staffs are all very friendly and accommodating. (Front desk agents day or night, house keepers, breakfast attendants.) Everyone was very nice! We stayed 4th of July weekend and came back to the hotel late @ night but they are all very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back for sure next time we are in Yorkville.

I enjoyed this property. The bed was nice and comfortable.

Nice & clean & a good friendly staff. Only issue was with the Breakfast they ad ertized to be served until 9:30am. 3 days in a row all Eggs, Bacon & Pancakes were gone for many with Family to eat. When I asked if she could bring more out as Holiday Inn express advertising os Breakfast until 9:30am

My father's scooter was broken. The maintenance man helped me fix it. No questions asked. Not once but twice. Thank you.
