Il resort è pulito, le camere sono pulite e il personale è sempre disponibile, cortese e sorridente. Le camere sono grandi, pulizie giornaliere e cambio asciugamani e lenzuola su richiesta, per qualunque necessità basta chiamare la reception e provvedono immediatamente. In camera sono presenti due thermos di acqua, una per lavarsi i denti e una per bere che loro stessi riempiono ogni giorno e che comunque possono essere riempite in autonomia dagli ospiti in qualunque momento. Il cibo è discreto e variano con serate a tema. Ogni sera c’è un piccolo spettacolo di intrattenimento. Tennis, minigolf e biliardo presenti e gratuiti. La piscina è abbastanza grande e dotata di lettini sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti stessa cosa per i lettini presenti nella zona spiaggia. Forniscono loro i teli mare. La spiaggia è bianca e bellissima e i guardiani tengono lontani i beach boys troppo insistenti. Sono presenti simpatiche scimmiette. La cosa più importante però è l’attenzione al cliente, ad ogni singola richiesta ho sempre ricevuto prontamente risposta e soluzione al problema. Può capitare che manchi l’acqua calda in stanza ma basta chiedere e risolvono subito. Totalmente soddisfatta di questo resort che raccomando vivamente

Clean room, great staff and good activities throughout the day. Food was really good and varied. Entertainemnt in the evening was a bit of a let down, could be better.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wirklich wunderbar. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und gepflegt und man hat gemerkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Ordnung gelegt wird. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, wir haben jedes Mal gerne im Restaurant gegessen. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Frau, die uns geholfen hat, ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu organisieren, als die Straßen gesperrt waren. Ohne ihre Hilfe hätten wir es kaum rechtzeitig geschafft.

Some of the staff really unfriendly - and some outstanding. Also food very poor every day same food no big difference and most of the time slow service - especially eggs in the morning and long queues at the buffet.

There was amazing air con every time we walked into the room we almost got to cold when we arrived the the room was spotless and also offer's to clean your room at any point during your stay the bar and all the restraunts were outstanding with amazing food and drink.they also had a lovely view overlooking the beach and you could go and enjoy a day on the beach then staff at Diani sea resort were absolutely incredible they always were up for fun in joyful way ,they were extremely kind and helpful and always put as much time and effort as they can with a positive energy they also go out of their way to make really fun activities for both adults and kids. Overall this place was absolutely AWESOME 👍

The room was clean. The person that checked me in was excellent. I felt welcomed. I was a little nervous but walking at night because of the monkeys but I managed. The access to the beach is perfect

L’eau pour se laver est salée et l’eau à boire n’est pas de source. Nourriture terrible et pas suffisante pour tout le monde. Chambres sentent moisissure . Le prix qu’on a payé pour 3 chambres est trop élevé pour la qualité de l’hôtel et du service . Je suis très déçue de notre séjour et je ne reviendrai jamais à cet hôtel et je ne le recommande pas.

A l’arrivée on étaient les premiers mais on a été servis les derniers après 3 heures d’attente à la réception. Les chambres sentent la moisissure et la nourriture n’est ni bonne ni variée et il n’ya jamais assez pour tout le monde. Le prix payé dépasse de loin la qualité du séjour je suis très déçue et je ne reviendrai jamais à cet hôtel.

Hotel managed to re arrange our airport pickup when we got an earlier flight with no hassle. Alan the taxi guy was lovely. Reception and room porter were very friendly. Lovely room and thanks to John our room cleaner. Good choice of food. Cocktails were way too strong. Service at bars and restaurants was a bit slow. Gardeners and security staff were great. Need more waiters serving drinks round the pool. Rooms need a pull out clothes dryer on the balconies and milk sachets for the coffee. We loved our stay here

The area is very nice the staff are lovely and friendly rooms are clean and fully air conditioned foods are delicious and have many choices to choose all drinks are available till midnight with service on your table, the part wasn’t comfortable going to the beach because there were so many people try to sell you their products continue with harassment however you can walk on the beach freely and peacefully

This all inclusive resort provided all the amenities to relax after our safari and more! Highly rated cleanliness, beautifully decorated, offering multiple activities for adults & children it also maintained our safety within its gated walls. Though we walked few streets during the day without any incident. Street vendors promote their businesses but no issues.

Very nice hotel , clean, with all the comforts. The staff is very professional, polite, and helpful. The beach is gorgeous.
