Nice hotel with pleasant staff and a good attached restaurant.

The staff was very helpful and courteous and the food was very good.

Very dishonest staff and the manager did not help the situation. I checked in when I had a standard room and I requested a room for two beds and asked if I would be charged. They told me I would not be charged. I also double-checked the following day with the front desk and told me I would not be charged. Upon checking out, they told me I was charged $144. Terrible and the manager did help the situation. It was my first time to Burundi and had this terrible welcome at this hotel and will never stay here again. I would never recommend this hotel. Watch out
