The hotel had a very good central location. The staff was very nice and allowed me checking out a bit later that the check out time. Good breakfast, but only one option. TV has a lot of channels, but all of them only in Armenian and Russian. Internet in the room had poor signal.

I was staying there for a 4 nights. Everything worked well and all the staff were very helpful when my phone got stolen by a taxi driver. Hotel quite new and clean. Of course maybe not in the high standards clean like 5 star hotels, but comparing to the price it was good and clean. Breakfest was excellent and was served to table. Location looked first bit shady cause the hotel is based in a yard between tall apartment buildings. but it was almost perfect location cause it is more quiet between tall buildings but still it´s only 50m from the main street and 100m from the shopping promenade. Also Opera house+park are within a 3-5 minute walking distance. Wi-Fi worked perfectly!!!
