room having rats on the forseilling they run in the late night 1am till 5am overall my experience was bad hotel staff is nice but rooms has to change & remove all the rats..its terrible..

I like everything. No any complain about facilitate.

到着翌日のポカラ移動が雨季で雷雨予報が出ていたため急遽早朝の国内線をホテルの方にお願いして取っていただきました。夜に翌朝早朝便をお願いしたにもかかわらず、丁寧に対応頂き無事に移動が叶いました。滞在自体は12時間に満たない短いものでしたが、部屋もきれいで広く快適でした。ポカラから戻った後も再度宿泊予定なのでその時はもっと楽しみたいと思います。
