Property manager Aggie was just a delight. She was a very friendly and knowledgeable host throughout our stay. There were unlimited amenities and ALL the comforts of home. This place could be as much the serenity zone as it is designed to be the party zone. So close to the beach at the Shore Club and Grace Bay a really short drive away.

The villa was exceptionally clean and close to the main attractions. My only issue was that because the owner uses two separate Nest brand thermostats to control the up/downstairs temperatures. The thermostat temperature setting would automatically adjust throughout the day to a higher degree causes us to manually readjust the temperature to a lower degree setting (especially at night) since it was warmer outside.

This property was the absolute best, I felt at home the whole trip. Not one thing out of place & no matter what time we called they were there to assist. I would definitely recommend this property!

This house was beyond perfect for our group trip! The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances, there are towels and linens galore and the communication is top notch. We ran out of propane one day and a new tank was delivered shortly after I inquired about where to get a new one! We will definitely be renting this house again!
