地理環境很好，鄰近市區食肆買嘢相當方便，房間寬敞整潔感覺很好。

Great nights!

The room is spacious and have a good view facing the canal. The complimentary tea set was very nice, however only teabags were provided and we had to prepare hot water by ourselves. There is no parking in the hotel but many parking spaces nearby. However we experienced heavy rainfall during our stay and it caused great inconvenience to us. It needs great attention when driving to the hotel as the road is narrow and full of pedestrians.

Location quite far from train station, night bars around, but close to mall and restaurants. Room is nice, but only provide 1 time tidy services for staying 4 nights

臨近鬧區，如果面對河景還好，但如果面對街道，住低樓層半夜可能會被路人的聊天聲吵醒

整體服務可以，服務人員好用心，不過可能酒店新，實在啲staff可以有好大嘅進步空間... 酒店硬件一流，但係啲人就要進步下... 試過無執房..... 試過執房但係無比Welcome Water... 搞到我前前後後多次落去reception，上上落落（因為房間無電話，一係要出去走廊打電話，咁不如直接落去reception）幾個服務員，不同國籍都係一般般，完全難於解決問題，但係有努力嘗試係見到的，只不過做出來都係未如理想。

The layout of the room was awkward as it had a chair in the bathroom and the bathroom door would hit the desk since they placed it in an odd location behind the bathroom door. There were brown stains on the carpet and they never cleaned the room in the days we were there. When we went down to check the woman at the front desk stopped us as soon as we got off the elevator and asked for the key. It was unsettling to be accosted as soon as you get out of the elevator. The front desk was maybe 3 ft away which we were heading. Upon checking in, you have to grab amenities to bring to the room. There is no proper bag storage. They keep it by the elevator and no one supervises or locks it away. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Would not recommend as it was very pricey as if it was a luxury hotel but in fact acted as a budget one.

Very nice hotel with a great view along the river , afternoon high tea was lovely too. Rooms were spacious and clean and hotel staff were helpful.

Hotel was lovely clean and had all the amenities required. We even had complimentary afternoon tea in our room. The hotel doesn’t offer luggage forwarding but helped us with sorting it out from the convenience store next door.

진짜 위치며, 시설이며, 방 크기며 완전 대만족!! 다음 후쿠오카도 바로 여기로!!!
