All the employees including the cook, the receptionist and the manager were very helpful and always kind and assertive.

Dangeorus and lack of service

L'hotel si trova su una strada molto trafficata e purtroppo quasi tutte le stanze danno sulla strada con il rumore immaginabile. Ho chiesto un cambio di stanza e mi hanno proposto prima una stanza senza finestre e dopo una stanza con finestra sul corridoio, che obtorto collo ho accettato. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante ed è stato molto buono.
