Great service, located near the wizard market. Before the trip, the hotel will send you the remind mail including lots of useful information about the exchange rate, how to take the cable car, and the tour information. Great service hotel. The furniture a little old-school style but they are all clean.

Very nice location, people are just so nice. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to people going to La Paz.

住宿位置好, 就在女巫市場斜對面。酒店本身據稱為有歷史的建築物, 房間寬敞舒適, 不過因為附近是露天市集, 有點兒嘈吵。早餐為自助形式, 選擇尚可, 不算有太大驚喜。唯一不滿之處是, 因為我入住時是大除夕, check-in時沒有什麼特別, 但夜晚臨睡前前台服務員竟稱因為電腦系統要renew, 要求我立即要到前台付清住宿費, 我覺得這樣做實在很有問題, 如果明知要renew電腦系統而要求早付費, 為何不在客人到步時要求呢?

traditional Bolivian style hotel experience

雖然櫃檯人員的疏失，造成後來我們無法帶著行李搭纜車，她不知道纜車不能放行李。但是她嘗試彌補我們的遺憾，幫我們向計程車司機溝通讓我們到城市高點拍照，非常感謝她！

Entire Staff, from doorman to breakfast, treated us like royalty. They went above and beyond to make our stay easy and trouble free, from booking our bus to Copacabana to giving us an early breakfast. Comfy beds, nice shower, gorgeous decor. This is a fantastic place to stay in La Paz.

Good hotel in centre of city

The hotel staff was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was very good. The only thing to be improved is the shower water that did not have enough pressure and not warm enough.

This hotel was like an oasis in the middle of a very sketchy area. I was sad my trip was delayed so I arrived at 10pm and had to leave at 2 am, and wished I had longer to enjoy this hotel. But even arriving so late the receptionist was prompt in answering the door and pleasant to make sure I had everything I needed. The water was hot and the bed was comfortable.

Well looked after and authentically decorated. Staff are extremely helpful. We had a 6am departure, so we asked for a taxi and they offered to open the restaurant with continental breakfast at 5:30 - we didn’t even ask!that’s customer service. Would stay here again. PS - if you don’t like the buzz and markets in the heart of old town, then you should skip this place. On the other hand it is close to many attractions.
