The PH Spa was Amazing! . Great views from the room.

Room was gorgeous. Staff was extremely friendly. Food options were not the best. Everything seemed to have been served at room temperature. Alcohol choices were not good and the premium package for alcohol was overpriced in my opinion.

The food could and should be a lot better

I was on the adult side, honestly great service and pleasant ppl. Was a bit quiet for my taste but i had family on the adult side, now that side was a bit aahhh.. staff was seemed to be under staffed and ppl where a bit frustrated

I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood Cancun and had a mixed experience. While the staff was truly amazing—always friendly and eager to help—the overall quality of our stay was disappointing due to several issues. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations and, to our dismay, it made us feel quite unwell. This was a major letdown, as we were looking forward to enjoying the dining options. Additionally, the condition of our room was concerning. It felt very run down, with noticeable mold in the shower and even little worms emerging from the cracks. To make matters worse, we found flies in the restroom, which added to the unpleasant atmosphere. The room also had a persistent mildew smell that made our stay uncomfortable. Overall, while the staff's service was commendable, the poor food quality and the state of the accommodations left much to be desired. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

It is a very nice resort people are nice and welcoming

Planet Hollywood was nice but there was some things that needed addressed. We had a swim out suite, water was extremely low, jets didn’t work so water was dirty. The app needs updated, we reserved a dinner and restaurant was closed, no where else to eat. Pools need to be opened later than 7:00 pm. Need to spray mosquito repellent so you can enjoy evening shows. Hooka doesn’t need to be smoked and offered in main family section. Check in sales pitch should be optional, not a rigged sales speech. Lazy River was nice, clean and pleasant. Restaurants that we could try were good Rooms were clean, staff was very nice. I would recommend this resort for a college spring break, not a family or laid back married couple vacation.

We stayed at the adult scene and because we booked with Expedia we were treated like royalty. We had no idea that Planet Hollywood was partnered with Expedia. We booked with Expedia for the best rate. There is a Star Class upgrade you can purchase but was not needed with the Expedia treatment. The property is laid out well but nothing is truly right on the beach. The seaweed was bad but evidently better than it had been. The beach was a total no go for us with the seaweed. The pool area was awesome! Huge and several on the property. Lazy river on family side was super nice with a swim up bar! The dinner reservations were made by our check in girl, Marla. We were able to text with her on the WhatsApp. We enjoyed a very relaxing week and did not do the spa, excursions or beach. You will need to save a chair early. We were out by 6:45 to claim ours. We deal with that wherever we go, cruising especially if you want shade. Dial “0” on your phone if you need anything and you’ll have it in your room within a few minutes. We saw people complain about umbrellas, next day umbrellas were delivered. We heard people complain about the swim up room water levels, next day they were being filled. The service was fabulous, the food was very good but do not expect gourmet. It was very good and we loved the SoCal buffet. The hotel addressed the seaweed and that wasn’t their fault. Only negative is that hotel is very worn for only 4 years old. But they seem to be addressing items daily.

Me gustó el concepto, los cuartos y la limpieza. Lo que no estuvo tan agradable fue el trato de algunos empleados, en recepción todo muy bien y demás gente dedicada a la atención pero algunos meseros y barmans no del todo amable.

We love this resort and have vacationed here many times. The food is excellent!

Loved all Great service Beautiful resort

Property is excellent with good service. They needs to improve in the quality of the drinks and specialty restaurants dinner coordination.

It was a nice vacation and plenty of things to do at the resort, but if you don’t have reservations to eat at one of the restaurants you will not get in and the shows or dance parties not really shows. I think they had two real shows all week.

The restaurants and buffet were very delicious. Entertainment was very good. Plenty of activities. Pools clean and very big. Lazy River was my favorite! People were very nice and attentive. Jacqueline at check in was very courteous and knowledgeable, smooth check in and check out, Mayra the Buttler was always attentive to our needs. Bars and drinks were always on point w delicious and refreshing drinks. Can’t wait to go back!
