Bra hotell men inte ett all inclusive hotell värt pengarna. Maten kunde erbjudit ett bredare sortiment. Vilket drar ner betyget. Personal fantastisk, egentligen atmosfären på hotellet

A budget hotel that served my purpose for business travel. Beautiful grounds and reasonably friendly staff and a generally comfortable room. Breakfast was awful, poorly executed, poorly presented and small variety. I stayed only one night and it was only acceptable but if I had booked a 2 week dream holiday to Mauritius and ended up here then I'd be sorely disappointed.

Hôtel calme, propre où il fait bon vivre. Bien noté que la piscine n’est pas chauffée (en cas de séjour en hiver) et que l’accès plage (de sable) se fait après un peu de marche vers le centre de flic en flac. Très beau coucher de soleil et spa très agréable.

Bel hotel, bon service, belle vue sur la mer, piscine au top ! Cadre tranquille et agréable. Personnel souriant et intentionné. Repas un peu répétitifs. Petite plage. Pour plus grand, il faut rejoindre la plage principale de Flic en Flac.

Nice location, enough space and shelfs in rooms and big pools. Beach was not crowdy also nice yoga on the beach in the morning although the yoga teacher was always late. Very good breakfast. Please avoid the garden spa, worst manicure ever resulting in bleeding cuticles and bad quality uneven polish. Otherwise would recommend Anelia Resort & Spa

Hotel was very comfortable and spotless. Lovely infinity pool, beach area with sunbeds. We had sea view room and balcony which was very nice

Det är ett toppenhotell! Härlig pool och jättetrevlig personal! Roliga vattensporter och bra hjälp vid bokning av utflykter. 10 av 10 där! Det enda som är synd är att vattnet och botten vid stranden inte känns fräsch. Man behöver badskor. Det finns en naturlig havspool som är bra och härlig att bada i. Hade blivit en toppbetyg om det varit bättre med stegen där. Vi valde att lägga till all inclusive på plats. Det rekommenderar vi. Tyckte inte det var så bra restauranger (eller shopping) utanför hotellet.

Chambre vaste mais équipée modestement. Pas de plage. La piscine est sale et pas nettoyée. Le buffet aussi au petit déjeuner qu’au dîner du soir est très fourni mais la qualité de la nourriture reste à désirer. Il vaut mieux peu de choix mais de meilleur qualité.

The hotel is aesthetically very pretty. The rooms are very modern looking and clean. But all of this gets diluted by the terrible service at this resort. At reception only 1 lady, the short lady who checked is in, was friendly and cared about giving is good service. The rest of the front desk staff was super rude and patient. Sometimes they flat out refused to provide us service like when I requested an iron they guy just said no he won’t bring it because it was too early. The worst service was in the restaurant. Orders we make for drinks would be simply ignored. You wait for hours and nothing comes. The staff speaks to you rudely. They would make us move from certain areas because it’s not allowed to eat from there. It was just all horrible and unprofessional. We had to spend most of our time away from the resort and just go back there to sleep because the treatment was not nice.

Hospedagem em set/24. Proximidade com comércio e também ponto de ônibus para o shopping ou para Port Louis. Ótima visão do pôr do sol. Quarto de frente para o mar contava com uma adorável varanda com mesa, cadeiras e varal de chão para secar roupas. Cama grande confortável, mas consistindo de box com 2 colchões de solteiro juntos. Tomadas tipo europeu e britânico em ambos os lados da cama e na escrivaninha. Frigobar vazio bom. Diariamente eram disponibilizadas 2 garrafas 500 ml de água (cortesias), repostas todos os dias (esqueceram um dia). Banheiro espaçoso, com 2 pias e box grande com ducha e chuveirinho e o vaso sanitário com espaço próprio com porta. Valeu a pena o sistema de meia pensão pois o café da manhã e o jantar são muito bons, com boa variedade e incluindo cozinha indiana, sendo a pizza montada e assada na hora do jantar muito saborosa. Houve um jantar a beira mar a céu aberto. Wifi bom. Possui uma piscina natural com muitos peixes mas cuidado com os ouriços. A praia do hotel é pequena, mas andando algumas dezenas de metros chega-se a excelentes locais da praia de Flic-en-Flac. Como pontos negativos, cito algumas falhas de acabamento (nada que comprometesse): papel de um painel de parede soltando; painel do cofre faltando; mesa de cabeceira com acabamentos laterais danificados parecendo ser por água. A TV conta com apenas 6 canais e, apesar de disponibilizar repelente elétrico contra mosquitos, não havia a pastilha.

All in All was the stay good. Only the Food Options were really bad. Don‘t book All Inclusive it is not worth the Money. The coffee at the Bar was so bad, i got food poisoning and was ill for two days.

Nous avons passé un séjour extra à l'hôtel Anélia. Tout est fait pour assurer notre confort et écouter nos souhaits. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. Les repas sont variés et bons. Nous avons eu droit à une surprise pour notre anniversaire de mariage (40 ans).

Horel bien place. Personnel a lecoute et sympathique.
