Staff at reception could improve customer service and few maintenance jobs like fixing shower door would be great

Hotel Monte Carlo em Maputo é um lugar muito agradável, funcionários muito educados e recepção sempre disponiveis a ajudar. E com um cafe da manhã delicioso!!!

Os atendentes eram simpáticos e prestativos. Entretanto, o café da manhã deixava a desejar: pouca variedade de alimentos e a quantidade insuficiente para os hóspedes. Além disso, a internet era péssima.

Nos primeiros dias a internet funcionava e o café da manhã era aceitável, mas com a chegada de um grupo grande no hotel, o wi-fi quase nunca funcionava e o café da manhã esgotava. Não haviam pratos e xícaras limpos, nem comida, ao longo de 3 dias tivemos que sair para o trabalho com fome ou comíamos apenas um pão com manteiga que tinha disponível. Além disso, no quarto onde me hospedei não havia frigobar e o cartão para abrir o dormitório desmagnetizava e muitas vezes não conseguíamos acessar o quarto.

Very quiet atmosphere. Staff was very friendly I had a problem with my room that could not be fixed so I was given an upgrade.

Initially has a bumpy start- first room had difficulty locking, one towel only for two persons in one room. Wifi not working. The next day. Hamilton at the reception area was so kind to move us to a better room. Bigger, more spacious and had a view. The hotel was not running full so he gave us a better room. Breakfast was basic but enough. Good location. Safe neighbourhood

Not good. There was one bath towel, requested for another, received none. Drain in shower was semi blocked, showered in a pool of water. Telephone in room was not working. Parking was very small and limited to 4 cars. Breakfast was the saddest ever had in a hotel. Booked and paid for 2 nights, but stayed for 1.

Was good, silent place to stay.... the breakfast was not the perfect but was ok. The reception desk is flexible Would come more times

Modern..very clean and the staff for the most part were extremely helpful. Too much early morning noise as staff began workedat 7 am.

The staff were very courteous and services excellent however, should work towards improving the WiFi strength and installing a health club

Há alguns anos atrás eu me hospedei no mesmo hotel e foi maravilhoso, dessa vez cofre não funcionava direito, um funcionário/gerente ficou de conserta-lós dia seguinte e durante os 9 dias que lá me hospedei ele nunca mais apareceu; o cheiro de humidade/mofo e a internet que estava péssima!!

There is no parking space available for guests, had to park on the street which was one way and very crowded. The room was by the elevator and very noisy with absolutely no view ! The "Restaurant" had no food or beverages, the staff were not helpful and did not speak English.
