This place is in very nice location. There are animals outside like zebra as well but hotel needs serious renovation. There should be telephone in every room. Hangers for clothes. Etc

This property isnt as advertised unfortunately we couldnt even spend a night here after checking in we had to check out almost immediately and they refused to refund us our money despite not spending even one night at this property. All 6 days lost no refund. They inconvenienced us and we will never book them again neither can we advise anyone to do so. This is day light robbery

This place has the serious potential to be amazing, it just lacks a bit of loving and tlc

I can not recommend this property. It looks nothing like the photos. It needs serious maintenance. I can say that the bed was comfortable and clean. That's about all I can say on the positive side. The ponds are completely dry. Grounds are not well maintained. Bathroom door did not latch. Fridge did not work. No drinking water in room. Mosquitos were plentiful. Mosquito net but no way to spray the ones already inside the net. We called on our way into town to make sure rooms were ready. One was not ready and no one was in the reception to help us. There are better properties available in Livingston for similar prices.
