No cleanliness ,no free cancellation no AC ,no drinking water ,staff with negative talks don’t want to stay in this old property but the charges I paid online was not refundable. Chat with agent was also not helpful .I tried to cancel my booking and go some other hotel . But the response was so poor so I moved some other property with out refund. Very bad experience.
