It was a great stay. I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and caring.

Quaint, colonial style boutique hotel situated near a busy area of San Salvador. As many have mentioned, El Salvador is very safe and this hotel is located directly across from a police station, so you feel even safer. The staff were very helpful with all our needs. The rooms were clean and neat with sufficient air conditioning for this American tourist.

Staff is super sweet and open 24hrs. Everything is nice and clean although it’s not a luxury hotel it has all the necessities and everyone was extremely welcoming.

People staying at property wake up too early and can not rest after 7 am

Hotel Villa Serena was great! It is a very clean, spacious property. The staff made us feel at home. They were attentive to our needs as well as accommodating. The place is in a very safe place and conveniently located close to different restaurants and the Galleria Mall. Breakfast was nice and varied. Totally recommend.
