Rooms were disgusting. Trash from previous tenants. Rooms not cleaned, horrible smell. Awful stay. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The traffic noise through the door and walls was almost unbearable.

The room was clean and comfortable, so I got a good night's sleep. It was well furnished and functional. The "do not disturb" sign was the same color as the door, so housekeeping came in two times, even though the sign was out and I didn't want any housekeeping services during my stay. There was no fruit in the breakfast bar, but the rest of the free breakfast was okay.

Staff was great. Eggs they served for breakfast were garbage. The heated pool was not! The hot tub was not! WIFI was nonexistent. Would go back if they fixed those things.

Gentleman working the desk had a great attitude, especially when people were coming in from concert all at one time.

Everything was old or broken, dirty and smelly!! Groups of smokers hanging out by the entrances… drinking, smoking, loud.

This was my second stay over the past few years at this location. Was not impressed this time around. A lot of sketchy people hanging around the parking lot drinking and bbq'ing in the "designated smoking area", loud music blasting from the room next door. Curtains were ripped and room felt run down. Smell of marijuana in the hallways. Plus big signs warning of a $15 fine if you took any of the rather mediocre breakfast offerings back to your room. Hot Tub and Pool did not look well maintained either. Will not be back.

Not the cleanest property and the breakfast was very very limited. You get what you paid for.

Management is unpleasant. Breakfast not worth the trouble. Room keys didn’t work properly. Didn’t clean rooms in 5 days.

It's an older facility and they seemed to be starting updates. The beds were very comfortable, the pool/ hot tub was great! Breakfast needs more options.

First they kept telling I had no reservation I showed him my receipt/ itinerary He said no he doesn't see a reservation. After 45 mins of having to be on a calm via my personal phone with little servi ce due to the remote location Expedia called the front desk and wouldn't you know it oh he found it. No apologies he simply said please let me see if room is clean well it wasn't

Tv took 20 plus minutes to work. Shower head was secured by double sided tape. Ceiling calk fell while showering. Multiple outlets didn’t work. DO NOT RECOMMEND

You walked inn an it looked amazing u went through the door to the rooms and trash everywhere, bathroom didn’t work, breakfast was very little we skipped it.

The system was down for check-in for a while. The front desk guy was curt, but that was fine. The room/bathroom was drab and not very clean. Bed was comfortable. I could hear everything going on in the room next to mine. Kids were running up and down the hallway and a strong smell of weed. Side doors worked sometimes and then other times not. For $50 a night it was fine, I just needed a place to sleep. I will stay elsewhere next time I am in town though.

Great location, free breakfast and good rates.

Good location near Radford University. Fair prices and conditions.

The beds were uncomfortable, the toilet kept running, they gave me the wrong room with 2 beds instead of 1 but I’m not complaining about that. There were bugs all over the bathroom, and it was just kind of a bad experience all around.
