Everything is quite nice but just don't get it why the door of room is Super Heavy. Door of room is very hard to open, especially pull. I think they need to change a new door chain parts.

Lighting of the rooms is weird and not enough. Some staffs are not helpful and quite passive as service industry.

退房前的早上，下樓吃早餐時，房務人員提早打開連通房的外門，之後並未關上，內部的房間門只有掩著未上鎖的狀態，雖然初步檢查應該沒有掉東西，但覺得客房管理需要再加強 房間的裝潢屬現代風，洗手台在外面，淋浴間跟馬桶是獨立隔間，床可以調整高度，飯店早餐滿好吃 從機場或火車站建議搭計程車，最近的地鐵站外有個大斜坡，步行至老城區約15分鐘，過馬路有自助洗衣店

Friendly personel, ok breakfast and nice facilities.

Close to the metro and buses. The room was our tightest space on our three week tour. However, it was efficient and the gym, cafe, bar added some extra space. There is a direct route to/from the airport that stops across the street, 5.25 euro each way for two. Breakfast was very good and included for our stay.

Needs to upgrade from usb to usbc, and add more plugs. Doesn’t have shaving plug.

Nice hotel

The staff was very helpful in guiding places to eat, tourist attractions, and overall recommendations in Lisboa. The room was always clean and had many accessible services towards guests. The main benefit was being in the center of Lisboa and close to tourist activities.

O quarto fica muito claro, são muitos leds ligados. O box do chuveiro não veda, molhando o chão do quarto. Dispensei a limpeza nas quatro noites, o hotel tem um anúncio que seria ressarcido 5 Euros por dia para utlizar com alimentos. A recepcionista só cedeu um voucher. Depois, quando reclamei, deram mais um onde fui informado que o limite eram 2.

Excepcional minha experiência no Yotel.Quartos enormes e limpíssimos e altamente tecnológicos. A equipe de funcionários sensacional, atenciosos demais. Café da manhã mais que perfeito e restaurante do hotel perfeito. Ar condicionado perfeito…. Tudo sensacional . Nota mil. Eu já conhecia pq tinha ficado no de NYC e este tb eh perfeito.

Was fantastic location

Rent, fräscht och bra personal. Rummet var mer coolt än praktiskt, man kunde välja färg på belysningen men det fanns för få eluttag och inget separat badrum, toalett resp. dusch öppnas ut mot rummet, med handfatet utanför. Restaurangen var ok men ganska trist, både för frukost och middag. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter (mot en kostnad) och nära till Metron.
