Nuevamente doy una certificacion de este hotel. Deben de mejorar las cortinas, la iluminacion y que el baño bota toda el agua al banarse lo cual es incomodo.

it was very complicated to get into the hotel, the room was very hot, the AC is insuficient for the confort of the room and the passengers. not recomenable

All great. No complaints.

We know this hotel and it’s fine. This time the bathroom door got stuck and the key cards stopped working. Even an extra one we had just taken out from the machine.

I felt the staff was very responsive to any questions that I had and they seemed to go out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The community of Pozuelo is walkable, friendly and safe with easy access to Madrid with the Metro within a block. I will stay there again.

EXCELLENT

Initially it was not easy to self check in but we did okay entering our credentials manually. The place was quite but room cleaning was not included in the price and that was okay and we cleaned aftre ourselves. The attendant Gamal waas very helpful when he was around. most likely thn not, we will stay here again.

The bed was broken, and it was obvious it has been for a long time. Just carefully placed for people not to realise until they use it. And fall down. Terrible.

El check-in todo automático super rápido y sencillo, para las medidas covid es perfecto. La habitación mejor de lo que esperaba tenía hasta cafetera dolcegusto y no faltaba detalle en la cocina, gracias por dejar un abridor de cerveza😉. Las cama extragrande y comodísima. Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado. La smart TV de 42" y el aire acondicionado perfecto. La piscina con socorrista y con muchas zonas para estar al sol o sombra y el agua limpia y algo fría para mi gusto. La cafetería muy atentos al atenderme y el café muy bueno. El pueblo muy tranquilo y con acceso muy cerca al metro ligero dirección Madrid centro. Sin duda volveremos.

El apartamento muy bien ,SUPER LIMPIO,mucha tranquilidad.La televisión con Smart TV.

Close to train and restaurants, very nice stay

The property is advertised as a hotel with pool, with 24 hour reception and with co working. The reception is simply not there neither is the pool. When asked for the pool it’s said it’s under construction but it is not there at all. The co working is there, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. But it does costs you 20 euros per person per day if it works. With us it did not work at all and when asking or complaining g they hang up the phone, because there is no reception...

Bel emplacement appartement grand confortable. Belle sdb. Un peu de bruit car donnant sur route. Manque une table et chaise pour pouvoir dejeuner.

La estancia en el hotel The Oliver Pozuelo ha sido bueno, hotel tranquilo. Lo único que, eramos 3 personas en habitación y sólo habia ropa de baño para 2 personas,pero lo pedimos y se solucionó. Respecto al servicio de platos, vasos y cubiertos no habian suficientes para los 3, pero como no comimos allí, tampoco supuso gran problema. Aunque para el desayuno no tuvimos suficientes cucharas para los 3.

Hemos estado 6 noches en un apartamento para 2 y ha sido genial. La situación, la limpieza, el trato, todo, inmejorable zona y calidad precio fantástico. Muchas gracias
