Excellent accommodation

Next time I come to Melbourne, I would like to stay here again.

We really enjoy staying here but the 3pm check-in is really inconvenient and makes us think about staying elsewhere.

Centre of Moonee Ponds is very convenient if you need to be in the area. Room is comfortable and spacious. A coffee machine would have been appreciated. I paid extra for parking but later found I could have had the Accor discount. Could have been mentioned at check-in. The staff were helpful with questions but didn't bother to greet anyone as they walked through reception.

Signage was a bit poor and somewhere quick to park whilst checking in would make things a lot easier

Everything was extremely clean, and its location was very central to everything we needed. The king bed and pillows were amazing. The sofa bed was horrific, but staff were very helpful with our concern and assisted us. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the go to place. Safe, clean and plenty of great cafes

Great location , very close to public transport , good eating options around the corner .

This was not my first time to stay in this apartment hotel and it always make me feel good. Apart from the reason of staying closer to my daughter's apartment nearby, the hotel location is right in the center of Moonee Ponds. There are many nice cafes, restaurants, shops and large supermarket around the hotel. Only 3 minutes walk to the train station and easily takes about 20 minutes train to get to the Melbourne Central. The staffs are very nice and always helpful. The beds are firm and the room is clean. I will definitely book it again next time when I come to visit my daughter.

Great place

We liked the cleanliness and the decor. We were very impressed with the friendly staff. Easy access to Moonee Valley Race course was a positive too. We had difficulty finding a park close to main entrance to check in. So my husband drove around the block a few times so I could check in. Guess it was a busy time being Friday Lunch time. We appreciated assistance from staff on the desk. ,Well done.
