Un personnel très serviable et un service irréprochable

We had a very bad experience there. We had a confirmation for two nights in a dormitory for two adults.. However, on reaching there, they claimed to receive no acknowledgement and said they will allow for one night only. The rate we paid would cover only 1 night. The owner was very rude on the phone and refused to entertain the booking. He said we were welcome to complain to anyone / anywhere. He said he would de list from hotels.uk website.. We had to check out next day and search for another room. The breakfast provided was inadequate and for namesake only..

Le personnel est très accueillant. Nous avons également profité d'un très bon petit déjeuner dans le jardin avec vie sur le lac Kivu.
