Very bad

No elevator, lights too dim, safe deposit box broken in whole hotel. Reception unprofessional and confused. Check out 10 AM and I said I needed till 11 and they wanted to charge me but I complained. Just terrible place!

The Internet is so slow and usually just does not work. The staff told me the problem was my computer and did not try to help me. Spent the whole 3 days without Internet in the room.
