All prefect except Water pressure is not very strong for shower

The hotel is very close to the shopping mall. Travelers can book a taxi in the reception to the cruise terminal. It costs about 15 pounds per trip.

Friendly staff

The staff on checking in weren’t too friendly and rushed through all details - we had to ask to repeat some details. He didn’t know we had pre-paid for buffet breakfast so had to find details of booking to show him. The staff on in the morning were totally different; very friendly and helpful. Room fairly clean overall.

Room was clean, staff were friendly. No restaurant but it was easy enough to get food from the bar which i thought made it feel more relaxed
