Que dire... inacceptable à ce tarif !! Les chambres sont trés bryuantes, juste au dessus d un bar/disco avec musique jusque 3h du matin. Le fenetres ferment mal. Les photos ne correpondent pas à la réalité, le restaurant et le bar inexistants, la propreté de la piscine laisse à désirer, le bain à remous n est pas en état, la sauna est rempli du materiel de nettoyage de piscine. Le seul point positif, le personnel symp. Bref à éviter !!

I booked this stay last minute, and the location was accommodating, even helping me arrange a taxi to the airport, which I greatly appreciated. As a traveler, I always look forward to enjoying the amenities to get the most value for my money. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that both the hot tub and sauna were out of service, and it seemed they had been unavailable for some time. On a positive note, the staff was warm and welcoming, which made my stay more pleasant despite the setbacks.

Woke up full of insect bites, cockroaches in the room. No hot water. Swimming pool filled with mud water. Moved out after 3 nights du to all the insect bites, had to pay for 12 nights, even after the concierge told me I would get a full refund for the nights I did not stay there!

The manager at the reception knew one of my friends and divulged information about my reservation to a party who was not listed on the reservation. Also rushed for me to complete a payment and indicated to my friend he had to hurry to get to the airport. The property did not have the swimming pool filled with water but they never indicated that before booking. Very distasteful experience

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and the staff were very freindly at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The one day they even washed and ironed some clothes which was a surprise to us. The hotel rooms were spacious and very nice and the wifi also worked well. The pool area was quite small and the sun doesn't really get to it but that isn't a bad thing in the Abidjan heat. I would consider staying here again if visiting Abidjan again.

The staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly, they made my stay at this hotel. The breakfast is also very good and pool is nice. The room is big and airy, free laundry service, daily cleaning of the room and hotel, I really enjoyed my stay here! the only issues I had were the water pressure was very weak in the shower and kitchen sink. The cooker did not work and there was very very minimal kitchenware, just 1 saucepan to cook with but no stirring spoons. Seems pointless to have a kitchen if it is not stocked with cooking utensils and the appliances do not work. A microwave would be a good addition.

Bel établissement mais qui mériterai un meilleur suivi au niveau des fournitures dans les chambres ( ustensile cuisine etc ) Il faut évoluer sur ses points pour dire apparthotel

En déplacement pro 15 jours à Abidjan, je ne devais rester à l'ECOLODGE que la 1ère semaine. J'ai été tellement satisfait que j'ai prolongé ma réservation jusqu'à la fin de mon séjour. Le personnel est au petit soin, tout est fait pour votre confort et votre satisfaction. Service pressing compris dans le prix, voiture surveillée, restauration simple/rapide et fraîche, bref vous pouvez réserver sans à priori vous ne serez pas déçu ! Une mention particulière au gardien de jour dont le professionnalisme, la gentillesse et la courtoisie rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Emmanuel

Résidence située en zone 4 à l’abri des regards, une porte et vous entrez sur un couloir donnant sur la piscine + jacuzzi entourés de verdures réception très pro, chambres à l’étage très spacieuses et ben équipées malgré qq détails a améliorer Pdj convenable , pas testé le restaurant Gentillesse du personnel A noter navette aéroport mise à disposition Seul bémol, des bruits de travaux qui dénotent avec l’ambiance zen du lieu A conseiller

Amazing hotel in Abidjan. The loft room was spacious, clean, huge bed, fantastic amenities and fantastic staff. The breakfast was great and the local area in safe, quiet and central to restaurants and supermarket etc. Would definitely stay again.

Staff willingness to make guests comfortable. Furniture getting a bit tired and need some attention to detail.

Service toujours au top. Personnel à l'ecoute, attentionné et très sympa Ambiance generale très bonne. Et lieu d'echange surtout avec le bar !
