4個人入住Tatami套房, 竟然沒有提供日式床墊, 最後跟職員溝通後, 很快速被安排去雙房間, 職員態度很好, 很幫忙, 很值得讚揚

附近就是有一個高爾夫球場。 酒店內的設備陳舊，也沒有溫泉，只有大浴場。 適合自駕過來。

酒店非常新 附近的酒店很難找到那麼新的 雖然是在山上 要開車上去 但是感覺很良好

Minimal staff with standard services provided. Quite place but need to drive carefully, especially during night. The room cleaning need to be improved, I found some insects in the room and roaches near the hotel.

員工態度誠懇，親切有禮。房間整潔，環境舒適， 早餐豐富。 改善建議 ：可以在房間設置時鐘及將map code放於網頁上。

The spa is very good!

The room was massive and felt like a second home. We loved the dinner buffet as well, great food and simple. The amenities like gym and sauna were great. The bath house was a little small but it wasn’t crowded so that was a good thing. Nothing much for the kids, but there are a lot of things to do around the hotel like the Okinawa cave and Bio Hills.

スタッフの接客がとても良かったが、朝食が美味しくなかった

スイートに宿泊しました。部屋からの眺望は思ったよりも良かった。食事はもう少し頑張って欲しいところ。ホテル周辺には何もないので、ホテル内の売店など充実していると良い。

歯ブラシが硬かった。。。

チェックインの際丁寧に説明して頂きました。 夜は1Fのラウンジでお酒と一緒にピザなどを頂きました。とても美味しかったです。　部屋も清潔でスタッフも皆さん感じが良くて気持ち良く過ごす事ができました。 ホテル内には商品が揃っている様な売店が無いので、部屋で食べるスナック菓子や飲み物(酒類)は持参をオススメします。

호텔 방과 부대시설, 조식 모두 너무 좋아서 만족합니다 수영장과 대욕장. 모두 무료

山の上の方にホテルがあります。道中はこんなところに？と不安になりましたが、高台にあるホテルで景色が最高でした。お部屋も綺麗で遠くで花火が上がったり、プールも綺麗で最高な旅行になりました。

お部屋もひろく、朝食もおいしくてよかったです。

Nestled on the top of hill, fresh air and breezy wherever you’re taking a walk surrounding the hotel. Staff were superb! Had a minor issue where one of the bed corners caused a deep scratched and room changed were offered immediately, we saw staff members who went to fix the corners of the bed where incident took place at the same time when we were moving out. Pool was kids friendly too, we love the hot tub (onsen) within the hotel too.

Great hospitality by hotel staff, friendly and prompt in responding to our needs. We had a minor setback with the room fixtures, sharp corners of our bed frame scratched one of us and they immediately changed our room after receiving feedback.
