Be aware when checking in to this property that you must travel to another area to collect the keys (Welwyn Garden City )which is not ideal as we had no transport the keys must then be returned to this place ( 7 min drive ) at best all I can say is the apartment was grubby and tired at worst it was dirty broken lamp shade, dammaged chairs and table, stained bed linen, dirty bath mat the list goes on. Its a shame as the apartment was idealy located near the shops and town centre but wont be staying again.

The property had not been cleaned when I arrived - and I had to go to the asda to get cleaning supplies and I even borrowed a vacuum cleaner from a neighbour. The sofa was the worst and I found a sheet to cover it so I could sit on it. I left the property 100% better than when I found it but they charged me £40 for the stains on the sofa! And then ignored my message when I explained the flat was terrible when I arrived!

Just the shower head wasn’t clean and there was some issues with the kitchen door too. Apart from these things everything else was great.
