We stayed in this hotel because this hotel is close to airport. But the transportation is not convenient for us to go to hotel from airport. Also, there was no any transportation for us to the city. Their only solution was

飯店房間乾淨舒適,但對於機場飯店無Shuttle bus ,覺得還滿不可思議的,另外浴室的蓮蓬頭 水量有夠小,熱水的調節也很不方便,熱水調到最大反而會變冷水

とても清潔で、早朝出発の飛行機であったため、利用しました。 ブルーラグーンに近いので、とても便利でした。 ただ、レストランのクローズが早く、周りにはレストランがないため、ブルーラグーンをゆっくりしていると、食べる機会を逃します。

Great hotel. Clean, roomy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant next doir had a good selection of food. Hotel is close to KEF, but otherwise not much around. Would stay there again for a layover.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Pedro is the best!! He was extremely helpful. Simon saved us when we had issues with baggage. We can not thank either one of them enough for their help!!

Stayed here after a late arrival at KEF. Comfortable rooms, great staff. Convenient location if you have an early departure or late arrival. We didn’t eat at the hotel but our friends had pizza delivered.

Would not stay again in this hotel

Clean, except for those big viewing windows’ glass in the lobby on each floor. The restaurant’s food is so so.
