The property was really nice and comfy with easy access. My only complaint was the sheets on all the beds were filthy.

Very noisy and loud inside and outside the building, would not return. And the elevator is as slow as molasses. Call it 5-10 minutes before you actually need it.

Love everything about this hotel- no complaints about anything.

The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and in a location with easy access to all parts of the city.

The property was contemporary and complete with an equipped kitchen. There is an extraordinary rooftop shared space with indoor and outdoor gathering spaces with amazing city views. Convenient storage lockers made our last day a breeze so we could return after checkout to grab our luggage before evening departures. The hotel is well situated for center city activities and a short ride to old city and the University of Pennsylvania. Great place for our extended family to gather and stay.

The room was very clean had a small kitchen area with a stove and refrigerator. It is close to city hall, Trader Joe’s, reading terminal market. It was walkable to Independence hall, the liberty bell and so many historical sites.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! I'm gonna come back to another a sonder it's that good!

The space was great! The sound damping from next door don't good! Parking non existence so have to fend for yourself.

The rooftop is amazing!!! And the service couldn't have been better.

We loved how close this hotel was to the center of Philadelpia, making it walkable to just about anything we wanted to do during our stay. The apartment itself was stunning with high ceilings and a very modern/industrial style that was super attractive. Unfortunately the quality didn't always match the aesthetic--the bed and pillows were super uncomfortable and the kitchen chairs were flimsy--all three of us nearly fell off them at some point during our stay. The room lacked a TV in the bedroom, and we would have appreciated a fan for white noise at night--we were provided with a white noise machine, but it had no batteries. Plenty of storage and closet space--this place would be ideal for longer stays for sure! The rooftop lounge and gym were also really nice, even if the immediate area wasn't the nicest place to be out at night. Overall, an attractive, affordable pick. If you come, it's a lovely stay right by the heart of Philly!

Not so good

The hotel was clean and lovely but you could hear everything from every room. And the streets were lined with both homeless people and a lot of people who were very very drunk even during the middle of the day

Loved the entire place, bathrooms, wall mural etc.

First - Very stressful and unnecessary check in process , not first time staying at Sonder properties , but this time the whole experience was very poor! Property did not feel safe , hallways smelled like weed smoke , doors into a room had breaking in signs , and noise from outside is so big that they even provide air plugs which were placed by the side bed

Great property, room, and experience

Walking distance to almost everything you would want to do or visit. Quiet neighborhood.

Communication was great, codex were easy to use, normally had someone at lobby desk if you needed help.

worst place and experience ever! ( and I've traveled all over the world). code wouldn't work to enter room. stood in hallway fot 45 minutes. pictures showed an attractive room but turned out to be a dump. location turned out to be in a sketchy part of town. no staff to help out. when i asked to cancel the remaining days i wea flat out rejected. NEVER again!!!

I love this property its loft style with high windows. Has a beautiful kitchen and enough space for a small family.
