There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE AN EMAIL.? The EMAIL ASKED ME TO EXPLAIN MY COMPLAINT. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO AN ENEMY

Staff such as bar manager, restaurant staff, receptionists, spa man were all INCREDIBLE and very accommodating and genuine

An amazing hotel with everything. Easy driving distance to most tourist attractions. Very clean and friendly staff.
