If you in town for a few days and need a place that feels like home, this is a great place to go. Opened in July 2019, so everything still very new and clean. The facilities are very thoughtful, such as a basket of water near the elevator for you to pick up whenever you want and using the passcode instead of traditional keys. One thing I wish is the room can have bit more lamps /light, its a bit too dark for working sometimes. Besides, everything is lovely ! Especially to their owner - Philip ( hope I spell his name correctly )

The host of this property is extremely welcoming and more than happy to help with any assistance you need. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable.

Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Great location close to metro. We were welcomed by Gaultier who had fantastic recommendations and much appreciated summer welcome gifts. The beds were fantastic and a full mattress on the sofa bed was wonderful! We had a bright corner view room with black out curtains and windows kept the room very quiet at night, AC was comfortable. The shower was excellent and a well appointed kitchen with espresso, perfect!

Great location, near multiple metro stations to get where you need to go. Tons of restaurants around. It has 2 showers, my only minor issue was only 1 toilet which can get busy with a larger family. It may have said it in the description and I missed it thinking there were 2 full bathrooms, but not a huge deal. Staff was awesome, and everything else made up for that.

Very nice service, very clean, and really nice staff, and the location is great! However, I don't recommend the two person room for 4 persons.

Great communication and friendly staff. Good size apartment and the 5 of us were pretty comfortable. Beds were comfortable, even the pullout sofa. The start you off with some goodies in the fridge which was much appreciated.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado cerca de panaderías, super y muchos lugares para comer. A 50 metros del metro, super seguro. totalmente recomendado, regresaría mos sin dudarlo. Estuvimos más de 1 semana y todo fue perfecto. N

Great location. Friendly staff. Complementary snacks & drinks. Comfortable & cozy. Will visit again…a great base for exploring Paris. Recommend Thai Samut which is close by for great Thai food

Sehr freundlicher Inhaber und sehr gutes Personal! Handynummer für Notfälle. Gute Verständigung. (es wird auch Englisch gesprochen) Viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten z.B. Wasserspender, kostenloser Saft und Cola, Kaffeekapseln sowie Naschereien im Kühlschrank, welche sogar während des Aufenthaltes aufgefüllt werden. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Situé à deux pas du métro, dans une rue calme, l’hotel est tres propre et on est tres bien accueilli. La chambre est propre, lumineuse, bien entretenue, le lit est bon, rien à redire

La persona que nos recibió fue más que amable. Se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos muchas cosas, darnos recomendaciones y más. La habitación perfecta, de buen tamaño y con todo lo necesario para pasarla de lujo en París. Viajamos cada cierto tiempo a esa ciudad para visitar familia, sin duda, no volveré a reservar en otro lugar.

This is a lovely little hotel with attentive staff and really thoughtful personal touches. There were snacks and drinks in the fridge and my 6-year old daughter was given a little teddy bear wearing a t-shirt with the name of the hotel! The room is small but very practical and there are some fabulous bakeries and patisseries in the Area. We will come back here next time we visit Paris.

We liked how convenient this was to the train station and the Metro. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They kept our bags safe for us for a couple of hours after checkout. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. To top it off, my husband unknowingly left his passport behind and they reached out to us and then held it in the safe for us until we could return a week later.

アーリーチェックして頂きました。 お部屋もきれいで、キッチンも使い易く、色々揃っていました。 冷蔵庫にはスナックとジュースが入っており、そちらはフリーでした。 1階にはお水や炭酸水の給水機もあり、大変助かりました。親切にしていただき、次回の旅行にも是非利用させて頂きたいと思いました。
