Beautiful place to stay the room was smaller than expected but still a nice place to stay friendly helpful staff

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a couple of awkward taxi rides for us that wouldn't have been easy on a taxi app. The bar seemed to be open 24 hours which was useful. Security on the door were always at hand when needed. The only small issue was a couple of dead Cockroaches in the room but you do have to remember that this is Togo and bugs are always going to be not too far away. I would stay here again if visiting Lome.

The staff very nice and friendly. The food served at the restaurant is okay. The bathrooms need some upgrades and cleaning. I requested a shuttle from the airport in advance but nobody came to pick me up. Internet was not working in my room so I got upgraded to another room where the Internet was working but unstable (I had hard time working remotely from my room). We had power outage multiple times. The hotel does have a generator but whenever the building switched to using the generator, my room remained without power and I had to call the staff each time to fix the issue.
