Appena arrivati la ragazza alla reception non trovava la nostra prenotazione , dire che la camera era anche già stata pagata in anticipo ho dovuto inoltrare la mail con tutte le informazioni , alla fine però abbiamo avuto la nostra camera che era molto spaziosa e pulita . Colazione ottima e il personale delle colazioni molto cordiale e disponibile .

The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. The food was excellent and when the hotel restaurant wasn't open, a hotel-owned restaurant next door had excellent food. The difficult thing about getting a 4 star rating in Nakuru, Kenya, is that the area is subject to frequent power outages and the internet service simply isn't the best. I wish this property didn't have to deal with these inconveniences because everything else was superb.
