This hotel is located at convinience area. The amenities was good and complete. The room not spacious but comfort enough. The room and hotel was clean and neat. Also, they provided a generous breakfast with a vary menus such as vietnamese, american and kind of salad and fruit. The taste was good. One thing that can be improved, the make up room. I don't know whether I need to notify to the receptionist or not, I put make up room signage on the door, but they didn't do at all.

Very nice hotel with strategic location, friendly staff, clean room, near Hoa Kiem Lake.

The staff members are not really professional and well-trained though they are quite polite to the guests. The service and food at the breakfast restaurant on the 1st floor is very poor. In general, what I got from this hotel is not worth the money I paid, except for the location.
