The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was great! Nice to have a gym and pool at the hotel too

Great location and excellent staff.

Good infrastructure. Housekeeping staff performance below standard. Towels were never replenished in one week stay. Floor mat was not even picked up. Tea and coffee was not replenished. Had to call housekeeping every night. Breakfast sausage was raw every morning. Nice location.

Nice comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great location, just a 3-5 min walk to Christuskirche, Tintenpalast, Post Mall and Craft Centre.

Great location in central Windhoek. very clean and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and tbe pool was welco.e on a very hot day. Breakfast was really good.

The hotel was well-kept and the staff was very attentive. I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and in-room dining was also flavorful. Breakfast had the basics and was satisfactory. The location is great! It was a close drive to the Maerua Mall and walking distance to the Independence Museum and the old Lutheran Church.

Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Hotel war mitten in Windhoek und zu den Sehenswürdig- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war es nicht weit. Das gebuchte „barrierefreien“ Zimmer ist für behinderte Personen bestimmt. Ich finde es toll, dass behindertengerechte Nimmer preiswerter als andere Zimmer sind. Tolles Zeichen und Vorbild für manch andere Länder.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. There was some need of repairs, for example the bathroom door had a hole in it. The shower screen did not prevent water from going on the floor, in fact it looked like a flood after the shower had been used.

Stayed 3 nights for a conference. It was all good
