Good, has a small pool and access to the beach

Hotel was so nice and we had the beach as a view.

too much $ for the service and quality of the building, they should at least advertise open during remodeling.

Clean, nice, the beach has a lot of stones

Overall good. Breakfast was solid and nice and quiet at night

They left a very small bottle of water that it was open No facial or scrubing towel a very thin blanket just one and a ver tiny shampoo bottle that was not enough for long hair and the oldest towels in the city And they don’t have elevators and they don’t have people to help you with your luggage

Listened to the waves at the shore while falling asleep. Relaxing.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing!

About the only positive about this hotel is the Service provided by it's employees. However, it lacks most everything else in order to provide a nice lodging experience... Observed positives: Comfortable beds, Pool area, Breakfast provided, attentive personnel. Negatives experienced: Extremely limited toiletry items & towels, No a/c in general area, No fridge in rooms (how are you supposed to have a cold drink available; and I cannot imagine families with children!), Limited power outlets in room (one cannot connect a PC at the small desk provided), No closet nor enough furniture to store clothes or personal items, No alarm clock, No Phone, Descent bed sheets/not enough covers, etc... Ah, and there's no elevator, so make sure you as for a room downstairs if you are carrying heavy luggage!

The construction in front makes the hotels image looks cheaper and the beach area needs a lot of cleaning. Our room is excellent just needed an extra

I read a lot of bad reviews online and I must say this place didn’t reflect any of those. The breakfast was great. Customer service was amazing and staff very friendly. Will stay here again

Was so comfortable I decided to stay another night!

Lovely staff! They were very patient with my north American Spanish. Good food! Room was pristeen clean! Bed was maybe too comfortable and I slept in past my alarm. Wonderful overstuffed bed pillows. It was raining so I didn't get to take advantage of the beach balcony overlook that would be delightful on a sunny day. Only draw back was the lack of an elevator but they insist on carrying bags so it really wasn't an issue for me. Gated private hotel parking area out front.

I was looking forward to my stay here. Objectively, it's far from being a 5-star hotel. Sometimes I'll overlook the local's appearance, IF and it's a big if, if the staff are cordial. Let me tell you, if you're looking for lack of hospitality or rude staff - this is your place! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

This place was nice and safe with a great pool and parking. Its nearby the good surf and lots of good restaurants in Surf City. I would come and stay again. Oh, and the beachside palapas was very nice.

No me gustó la estadía ahí cuando yegue en el frente me cobraron 20 dólares los pagué en efectivo y no me dieron ningún comprobante me dijieron q tenía q pagar extra mas aparte de haberme quitado mi habitación que tenía reservada me dieron la peor deberían de darme un discuento por haberme dado la peor habitación

Hotel was great! What you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The food was amazing, the staff was great. My guy Carlos was GREATT!! His customer service was above and beyond. Really enjoyed my time at Pacific Sunrise
