Buen servicio

Habitacion sucia.. no dejan toallas de manos.. muy mal la presentacion..!!

Nunca cumplieron con mi recogido ida y vuelta al aeropuerto/hotel. El secador de cabello apareció dos días después. Yo estando en el cuarto el aire acondicionado se apagaba automáticamente. El cuarto olía a viejo. Muchas de las cosas que decía bajo la reservación no se cumplieron.

La piscina en los días que estuvimos no estuvo disponible según los empleados del hotel x mantenimiento...y además en la reservación constaba el desayuno incluído...pero no fue así

The room was spacious and comfortable. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it had a pool and a gym. The "pool" was about 8 feet by 12 feet and 1 foot deep there was no way you could swim in it it was not a hot tub. It was dirty and the centre drain had so much suction on it it was painful when I trod on it. It would be dangerous for a child to play in. The surrounding floor was dirty. The gym had a foul smell in the equipment was old with frayed cables and dirty I was completely turned off from using it. The elevator had no internal door which means the floors were exposed as they went by there was a two inch gap between the edge of the floor elevator and the varios floors as they went by definitely a safety issue especially if the elevator was crowded or if children were using it.

En general muy bien gente amable, lo único que el desayuno se supone era bufete pero no era 100% real pero en general no estaba mal

I reserved a room with a king bed and after checking in and going up to the room, we assumed there was a mix-up. The room had two double beds. We went to the front desk and showed them the reservation. The response from the girl at the front desk was, "You don't like the room?" After explaining that we want the room that was advertised, and waiting for her to arrange everything, we were sent up to another room. Still no king bed and no adjustment in price was given. The room was filthy and there was hole in the wall that looked directly into the bathroom of the room next to ours.

Un va-et-vient continuel dans l'hotel et que des hommes 4 nuits j'ai été la seule femme de cliente. L'hotel est situé dans un endroit miteux. La chambre n'est pas très propre. Quand il pleut il pleut sur le bord de la fenêtre .Seulement un membre du personnel est compétent et serviable un jeune homme. le déjeuner est plus qu'ordinaire les réchaud ne fonctionne pas

Even if we had a confirmation with hotel.com they were over book they send us to an other hotel

I go there they told me no rooms available at 9 pm after traveling since 5am

Noisey, staff were helpful bit noisey guests qnd location. Builrinr was rum rown. Would nor stay qgain

It is sad that leaving in 2018, a hotel has not the equipment to pass your credit card manually.

Me fue bien, el hotel un poco viejo pero en general bien

No fue posible alojarme en el hotel. Es tan peligrosa la zona que hasta el transporte publico no ingresa en esta zona despues de las 3pm. Las fotos no reflejan en absoluto la realidad. El hotel es sucio y las habitaciones son desastrozas.

Dirty sheets, obviously not changed after previous guest. Dirty room, with all surfaces covered in dust. Tired hotel. Not value for money.

Horrible. Photos do not match the facility. Concrete cell with no windows. No record of my reservation. Scary neighborhood. Very noisy. Reserved for 3 nights & left after one. Should be removed from Hotels.com so that others do not get deceived & then have to pay for 2 nights to get out of the deal. Do not stay here!
