Very nice hotel. Excellent location. It does get loud at night as there are a lot of bars near by.

A wonderful older, well-maintained hotel in the heart of the city blessed with a caring, courteous, and helpful staff.

Room was quite hot despite the aircon which seemed to only have one temp. Laundry facility unavailable due to a broken machine. Front desk quite friendly. Breakfast ok depending on what time you went as items were not replenished if it was later in the morning.

Our room was described as a balcony suite. There are no balconies in this hotel. The design was peculiar, to say the least. Staff was pretty unfriendly and the included breakfast has to be one of the saddest in the region. Location is good, though. There are better options around.

Great location, amazing gym, pool and spa. Complimentary breakfast was good with many options. The only complaint is the hair dryer was not working and they didn’t have any solution until the next day when we were leaving.

Hotel is in a great location and offers a good breakfast. Front desk staff are not very friendly - we were a group of eight and multiple people noticed this. Hotel is in need of maintenance - terrible smell from bathroom drains noticed intermittently in 3 of the 4 rooms we had booked. Fan/AC does not work so very hot in the rooms. Noisy outside but windows do offer soundproofing.

The hotel was great with clean and well appointed rooms. Excellent location very close to everything. Great breakfast. But the best was the staff Anes and Alma were amazing.

We had a fabulous time in Sarajevo and really enjoyed staying at Hotel Central. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had airport transfers both ways and they were excellent - prompt, safe and comfortable. We loved the swimming pool and gym and thought this was a great benefit. Two small gripes are that the room was often very hot which we didn’t find comfortable. And our housekeeping wasn’t very through - we had fresh towels and the bed made but we didn’t get any replacement tea, coffee or cups during our 3 night stay. We didn’t raise this as it wasn’t a huge deal for us but explains why I didn’t give 5/5. We would stay here again and really enjoyed our visit.

The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. The pool/spa area was all there, but no loungers and the pool was cold

We enjoyed our stay at hotel central, the rooms are very clean and really warm. You can’t hear any noise from outside. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is really good. Central to everything. We will be back in the summer.

As I rated it was a terrible stay overall. It needs upgrading of everything from furniture to pillows etc. It was not as luxurious as the hotel described it. A dusty to a warm room had to open the window overnight. Sleep was no better as it was next to all the pubs in the street. Please it needs an immediate refurbishment. Cheaper hotels nearby with 5-star ambience are better for the value of the money.

As the name says is in the center of old Sarajevo. Great food and the markets were nice. Near the site where Arch Duke Franz Ferdinand was assassin are on 1914 which led to WWI

Great location, seems like some maintenance might be needed. Breakfast was OK, but not stellar. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable.

Room is tiny and not well lit, no windows. Found bug in the bathroom. Bed wasn’t comfortable for me. Breakfast was subpar, eggs were cold, limited options. Comparable to a lower quality continental breakfast.

Very avg 1 night stay, bathrooms had mold on floor, room very dark and 1 small window with no view. Lots of construction and renovation going on in hotel so loud and hard to move around. No parking so have to use public garage down street for around $25euro per night. Decent buffet breakfast was only highlight. Would not spend more than 1 night here

some decorating of communal areas was going on, which was at times made getting around the hotel awkward.
