Everything was good except the AC was not working. So hot in the room. They tried to fix it but still Broken.

Although this hotel is not located in the best location (at least 10-15 walk to almost everywhere, and no restaurants / supermarket nearby) but I still give this hotel a full mark. The staffs were extremely nice and polite, very helpful, love the breakfast every morning, room was spacious, clean and modern design. Fitness Center was fantastic, especially the jacuzzi and the steam bath. Highly recommended

Also, for a 4-star hotel, more fluent English at reception would help international guests. Overall, a lovely place with room for small improvements.

We had a wonderful stay with my fiancé, beautiful place with an excellent location. The only downside was that the room stayed quite warm even after technicians checked the air conditioning. Also, having more English-speaking staff at reception would make the experience even smoother for international guests. Overall, a great place with just a few areas for improvement!

Schönes Hotel mit sehr kleinem Frühstücksbuffet mit täglich fehlendem Besteck und Gläsern. Personal spricht kein oder sehr schlechtes Englisch. Bestellungen brauchen teilweise bis zu 30 min um zu kommen. In der Sauna kein licht Dampfbad läuft nur auf Anfrage nachdem ein Techniker kommen muss. Zimmer sind gross und Sauber allerdings fehlten täglich Handtücher oder Bademantel oder Klopapier usw.

Ich war krank, mit Fieber und konnte wirklich nicht beruflich fliegen und das Hotel wollte nicht den Aufenthalt vor der Abreise verschieben. Hotels.com versuchte auch, keine Chance! Das ist einfach nicht korrekt und Kundenfreundlich.

We faced issues in the hotel with noisy room / dirty jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and after push they accomodated room change in a room with no working tv the first night. Breakfast doesnt have toaster, you have to pay for your capuccino/drinks The hotel staff have accepted late check out last day but no gesture for the inconvenience. Overall experience have not been great and service would need improvement

Very good hotel in a park, very helpful and friendly staff and excellent breakfast, the rooms are very good very quiet and comfortable if you need to relax and rest. Easy to reach and its has a private car parking

The tv and air conditioning were not working, the room was terribly hot and it took 5 calls to reception to finally get someone smart enough to figure that the a/c was broken , we had to be moved to a different room that was awfully hot but at least had a functioning ac . Overall this hotel is a complete ripoff for the price, staff was inefficient and the installations were old and not nice. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
