Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms in a great location with free parking. I’ve stayed before and have just tried to book for next year but nearly every weekend is booked up through 2026. This time the noise around the apartment was a bit more. Doors slamming, people walking past and up the stairs not being considerate. Hairdryer provides, plenty of towels, hand wash and shower wash. Sachets of Nescafé and Yorkshire Tea bags with the usual cartons of uht milk and sugar. Only thing I’d add that it didn’t have was a freezer compartment for ice. We will definitely return if we can ever book in!

Efficicent check in and key pickup at nearby hotel. Apartment was roomy and conveniently located close to the Ouse Bridge and central York - within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Excellent selection of restaurants nearby to suit all tastes. The apartment was clean and well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and ample supply of hot water for bath and showers.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel in York. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting York!

Lovely apartment with everything you’d need for a short break. Nice and close to city centre, very clean and well presented. Secure parking on site. Highly recommended - we will use again when visiting York.

Apartment was very clean. The bed was comfy and bedding was good quality. A selection of tea and coffee were provided.

家族4人で2泊滞在しました。サービスアパートメントで基本的な家具は全て揃っています。また駅から徒歩15分位で観光地も徒歩圏内、飲食店やスーパーも高いので立地は問題ありません。価格も手頃でヨーク市内観光含め大満足しました。特にバスタブがあった事が良かったです。部屋、建物、門で鍵が3つあったので、手動の門がオートロックだと便利だと思いました。

Vi var tre personer som bodde här i två nätter. Lägenheten var i gott skick. Det var nära till allt. Lugnt område. Smidigt att kunna laga mat i lägenheten om man inte vill äta ute och ordna med frukost som passar alla. Dock mycket sliten soffa och fåtölj. Fanns ingen stoppning kvar. Men de tre sängar som fanns var bra.10 minuters promenad från tågstationen. Skulle gärna boka här igen om jag återvänder till York.

Property was excellent all around. Very convenient to the train station and just right over the bridge into the town. The street was quiet and safe, and the apartment was nice and spacious. Check in staff were super helpful and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone travelling to York

Excellent location, great set up. As it was unusually hot, it would have been nice to have a/c. Be sure to stock up on toilet paper when you check in as check in for apartment is in a different hotel down the street and around the corner.

The apartment was very comfortable and had a great location, just 10’ walking to the Minster. The only problem I saw is that the internet was a bit spotty. Also the hot water was too hot and didn’t mix with the cold water (apartment 6). How hard is to have a good functioning water system?

Spot on place to stay, near all amenities. Great location, safe and very quiet.

Nice quiet property in a very central location, with safe private parking. Tea and coffee was provided which was appreciated. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Conveniently located in city centre within walking distance to shopping and tourist attractions. Good for family stay. Only downside is the limited parking lots onsite. The hotel does provide discount voucher for parking at a nearby NCP car park though.

Well fitted out apartment in excellent location with the added bonus of car parking.

Really friendly and early check in - easy to park safely in a gated car park (but prebook it as it's not obvious on the website) Really close to city centre and an easy walk to everything. Well equipped 'flat' with washing machine and full kitchen facilities. Really good and decent price. We'll be back for a longer stay.

The location was excellent as just a short walk into York and all the attractions. Parking on site is a real bonus if book in advance. Property secure and has everything you need and lovely and clean. Would definitely book again
