前台是冷冰冰地那种礼貌，感觉很难描述，让人挑不出毛病，但是又不太舒服。几个白人工作人员（也可能是顾客，看到其出入酒店办公区域）在晚餐自助就餐的时候非常吵闹，完全没有尊重其他住客的意思。吃的种类多，口味也还可以。check out当天早上吃早餐，看到一位住客很不高兴，因为他只吃清真食物，酒店早餐提供的肉类全部都是猪肉，尴尬。酒店干净，设施齐备。这点没的说。碰到的清洁工和餐厅waiter都挺好的。

Nice hotel, good location

Everything was perfect

This is a great option in Cotonou. It is conveniently located not far from the airport, with a free shuttle. The hotel itself is comfortable and modern, with a nice restaurant and a connected coffee shop and bar. The staff is really exceptional, very helpful and accommodating. All in all, it's a great choice.

Great service, OK wifi, very comfortable bed

Would lodge here again. Staff was attentive, friendly and very helpful. Communications were prompt and effective. Asked for late check-out and it was done without any hastle. Free Shuttle too/from airport with clear directives were a plus. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the breakfast crew, guards, and reception staff. Djabi cafe next door was consistently good and the ladies were extra friendly and serviced customers with personal care. Mr Gerard was on top with all aspects of customer service from airport arrival through departure. Hotel is Conveniently located. Thank you

Absolutely excellent. Great staff everywhere. The local employees from Cotonou were the very best in courtesy, willingness to assist and offer information. Only one white woman who apparently is “boss” was rude by speaking rudely to an employee that was helping me when she interrupted us and gave him her keys and ordered him to go bring things from a car… employee was very professional and finished his assistance to me before moving on. Staff went above and beyond making me and my son have the best experience ever. Food was amazing. Restaurant staff were amazing. Pool and all surrounding were in great condition. Security was professional and welcoming. My new favorite hotel. And I used to go to the Sheraton that became the Sofitel… the GOLDEN TULIP LE DIPLOMATE exceeded all my expectations. My son and I will go there again on our next trip.

Its walking distance to the Dahomey statue and Heritage Wall. The U.S. embassy is directly across the street and other ministry offices. My only dislike about the franchise of the hotel is their very firm beds.

Staff was great and attentive to service. Management promptly provided the additional support we were looking for.
